It turns out that the idea to create this event came fromthe desire to invite the legendary New York-based photographer to Latvia and introduce hiswork to the local public. Whitman has also worked with the famous Riga-born ballet dancerMikhail Baryshnikov. It is these photographs by Whitman that will be showcased at the CUTART Gallery, offering a unique opportunity to witness the legendary dancer throughWhitman's lens.
