DIMITRI KOSIRÉ

French, based in Paris
Whatever the material used: paper, plastic, digital, wood, metal or any others, he is focused on the relation between painting and volume, chromaticism and structure and more recently to the way they can interact with the architectural and environment space.
In a first time, his painting work was strickly developing his informal language till the matter itself became the center of his research. From that point, he had a linear evolution from the painting canvas to a kind of "low relief painting" and then to the volume with sculptures and installations. In each of these steps he language stayed non-figurative. informalisml fom his point of view is the more direct way, out of any concept, reality's references or symbolism that could interfer between the artwork and the viewer. He is considered as a very important painter of his génération by several important critics and curators as: Belgica Rodriguez (South America and USA), Lü Peng (China) or Gérard Xuriguera or Lydia Harambourg (Europe).
He Gets in auctions several times , last one in Phillips London (2016) with work "Monochrom" on the reverse expansive foam on wood..
